With skilled cleaning technicians experienced and qualified to work at heights; our technicians are all IPAF trained (to operate mobile elevated work platforms) and / or IRATA trained (rope access technicians). Window Cleaning:

Our team of commercial cleaning technicians can undertake window cleaning at any height, we use traditional window cleaning methods, utilise reach and wash and provide rope access window cleaning for larger multi storey commercial premises.

Our purposefully designed van mounted reach and wash system can access windows up to five storeys high utilising pure water and top of the range cleaning poles and brushes.

Fascia and Cladding Cleaning:

HLS can professionally clean all fascia and cladding at any height, either powered access machinery or rope access cleaning technicians can be used to access all fascia and cladding. HLS can utilise our top of the range pressure washing equipment and DOFF approved steam cleaning equipment at height and / or use simple manual cleaning methods to achieve the best results possible and leave your building looking fantastic.

Our pressurised water and steam cleaning systems can be combined with soft washing techniques and chemical cleaners. The DOFF steam cleaning system that we provide allows for variations in constant temperature dependent upon the type of dirt required to be removed and / or the type of building and will remove moss, algae, fungi and other biological matter. This system is approved for use on historical structures, stonework and masonry to ensure that no damage occurs during the cleaning process.

Roof Cleaning:

HLS provide a commercial and residential roof cleaning service. Over time mould, dirt and grime will settle and grow on roofs as roofs, more so than any other area of your property are exposed to the elements; we have the experience and knowledge and correct cleaning equipment to effectively clean roofs. Often, a roof clean will ensure that the roof looks as good as new.

Internal Building Cleaning:

HLS can provide internal building cleaning at any heights. We provide the expertise; technicians and machinery to access roof spaces, atrium’s, high level steel work etc. HLS has experience of working within food production areas, larger preparation factories and has previously undertaken the high level cleaning of these areas as well as large silos and incinerators. We utilise powered access machinery and rope access technicians where necessary to access all areas – we also provide an in house confined space entry service for accessing those areas of your building deemed dangerous.
